2. Use of the Service

1. You must be at least 12 years old to use the Service.
2. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. The Developer, Maintainer, and Creator (hereinafter referred to collectively as “Contributors”) cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
3. You are solely responsible for all content posted and activity that occurs under your ID.
4. You may not use the Service for any illegal purpose or to violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

3. User Content

1. You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service (“User Content”).
2. This app uses third-party services to store your data. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with the terms and conditions of these third-party services, including but not limited to:
   • Supabase Terms as well as Supabase Privacy Policy
   • ImgBB Terms as well as ImgBB Privacy Policy
   • Vercel Legal as well as Vercel Privacy Policy
3. By submitting content to the Service, you grant the Contributors and relevant third parties a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, worldwide license to use, store, display, reproduce, modify, create derivative works, perform, and distribute your User Content on the Service solely for the purposes of operating, developing, providing, and using the Service.
4. You may not post, upload, or otherwise make available User Content that:
   • Is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable;
   • You do not have a right to make available under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships;
   • Infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights of any party;
   • Contains software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment;
   • Is unsolicited commercial email or “spam.” This includes unethical marketing, advertising, or any other practice that is in any way connected with “spam,” such as (i) sending mass email to recipients who haven’t requested email from you or with a fake return address, (ii) promoting a site with inappropriate links, titles, descriptions, or (iii) promoting your site by posting multiple submissions in public forums that are identical;
   • Contains links to sites containing content that falls within the descriptions set forth above.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

1. Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
2. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service or any other systems or networks connected to the Service.
3. Transmit any viruses, worms, defects, Trojan horses, or any items of a destructive nature through the Service.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the Contributors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the Service.

9. Governing Law

The Service is controlled and operated from the Indonesia. These terms and any disputes arising out of or related to the Service shall be governed by and construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Indonesia, without regard to its conflicts of law principles.

10. Changes to Terms

The Contributors reserve the right to modify or update these terms at any time. Users are responsible for regularly reviewing the terms. Continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
